Retina-X Studios (RXS) began in July 1997 as a web consulting and design firm. After years of developing various monitoring-related products for outside companies, RXS began creating products using it's own brand name. RXS released the first version of AceSpy to the public on April 28th, 2003.
Soon after, other monitoring products were developed and released including Net Spy Pro and SniperSpy. In September 2004, RXS filed for company LLC status. Soon, RXS began flourishing due to non-advertisement recognition in worldwide magazines and publications including Computer Shopper, BBC, PC Pro, Computer Buyer, Digit and more.
Due to this media coverage, positive customer response and the further help of word-of-mouth advertising, Retina-X Studios, LLC software sales grew 1600% from November 2004 to November 2006. RXS continues growth through 2008 with ground-breaking products such as Mobile Spy, Advanced Parental Control and WatchLive Pro.
Most recently, a retail publishing partnership has RXS headed in an entirely new direction. The company's first retail product was launched in January 2008 and distributed nationwide to thousands of large retail stores.
